The search is over – Australia's hottest exotic dancer found!
It's official – 21 year old Exotic Dancer Sam representing Showgirls Bar 20 in Melbourne has made history by being named Miss Exotic Angel Australia 2003!
The announcement is the culmination of an exhaustive 12 month long nation-wide model and talent search aimed at finding Australia's most attractive and talented exotic dancers. The search started exactly one year ago and was conducted through the nation's premier gentlemen's clubs. Over 350 of the country's top dancers entered the preliminary search but only 12 made it through to the National Final held in Surfers Paradise in August. While on the Gold Coast, the finalists also took part in a professional photo shoot for the 2003 People Magazine Exotic Angels Australia Calendar.
The buyers of the calendar then had the ultimate say on which one of the models featured in it would be the ultimate winner by submitting a vote for their favourite model.
The votes were officially counted on Monday 3rd March and Miss November – Sam, emerged as a clear winner having received the highest number of votes of the 12 models featured in the 2003 Exotic Angels Australia Calendar. It is Sam's second title as she had already won the title of Exotic Angels Miss Pole Position for most outstanding pole work at the National Final.
First runner-up was Miss July – Jody Ann, representing Wicked in Cairns. Jody Ann was also named Exotic Angels Performer Of The Year at the National Final. Second runner-up was Miss January – Chloe representing Bad Girls, Brisbane.
Sam wins a prize package worth more than $6,000 including cash courtesy of People Magazine, her own web site including domain name and maintenance provided by PacNet Online as well as $500 of clothing from She Bitch. As part of her prize, she will also be featured on the 2004 Exotic Angels Competition Poster.
Sam's win coincides with the launch of the search for the models to grace the pages of the next edition of the Exotic Angels Calendar. The search will again run in Australia's premier gentlemen's clubs but for the first time, it will involve international dancers with the news that two gentlemen's in New Zealand will also be taking part. The 12 new winners will converge on Surfers Paradise for the photoshoot and World Final in August 2003. The 2004 edition will go on sale in October.
